Panasonic AU-EVA1: 5.7K Super 35mm Cinema Camera
The new compact and lightweight cinema camera, the AU-EVA1 has a newly designed 5.7K Super 35mm-sized sensor for capturing true cinematic images. By starting at a higher native resolution, the 5.7K sensor yields a higher resolving image when down sampled to 4K, UHD, 2K, and even 720p. The increased colour information results in a finer, more accurate finished image.

Canon EOS C200 with new Cinema Raw Light
The EOS C200 Digital Cinema Camera is a "ready-to-go" production camera that comes with a built-in electronic viewfinder and an array of accessories including a 4-inch touch screen LCD monitor, a versatile handle and ergonomic handgrip. The camera can record internal 4K RAW to a CFast 2.0 card in a new Cinema RAW Light format without compromising detail, as well as 4K UHD and Full HD in MP4 format to SD cards. The 8.85 Megapixel Super 35mm CMOS sensor, 13 stops of dynamic range, Dual Pixel CMOS AF, full compatibility with Canon EF-mount lenses, and HDR capability help make the EOS C200 ideal for film, documentary and television production, corporate and event videography, and newsgathering. The camera's multitude of features helps deliver outstanding image quality, performance and versatility.

DaVinci Resolve 12.5.4 update is available now for both DaVinci Resolve and DaVinci Resolve Studio customers, and can be downloaded free of charge from the Blackmagic Design website.

Blackmagic Design announces URSA Mini 4.6K now shipping with change to specs. View footage and download RAW files
Blackmagic Design has announced that Blackmagic URSA Mini 4.6K and the Blackmagic Micro Cinema Camera have commenced shipping and that the specifications of the two cameras have been changed. Blackmagic Design have decided to ship both of the cameras without the global shutter feature.
